I’m still trying to understand why you felt compelled to insert commentary into the thread at all.
It irks me when people misrepresent science, especially when it’s something that’s potentially harmful. I have anemia; without taking in extra iron I’d be sickly and frail. Most of my friends who menstruate have heavy flows and are anemic as a result. Menstrual cookies aside (yuck), it is necessary for some people to ingest iron. Iron isn’t “toxic”. That kind of misinformation can be dangerous.
